Dr Vallo is amazing! The whole team is welcoming and kind. They got me in quickly. My filing looks so natural. You can’t even tell it’s a filing. Jackie was so gentle when numbing me. This was the most relaxing and pleasant dental experience I have ever experienced. Heidi was very thorough and sweet when reviewing pricing. Oh! And…..The chairs have built in back massagers….. I don’t want to go anywhere else.

Best Dentists office I have ever been to from time time I walked through the door. I was late to my appointment, but they still let me come. Also I found this amazing place scrolling through social media it was the best thing that could have happened A+++++ All the Staff are AMAZING,WONDERFUL,JOYFUL.THANK YOU DR.MICHAEL and STAFF.

I recently went to Michaels Dental as an emergency visit and I couldn’t be any happier with my experience. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a dental office before. It was a very clean and professional atmosphere with a friendly staff. I want to thank Jazzy, Melanie, Nicole, Taylor, Tammy, Alisha, and Dr. Vallo for their exceptional care.

I was a little apprehensive starting with a new dentist but from the minute I called in the staff was amazing! Allison explained the whole new patient process and helped with me with my insurance making me feel like I made the right decision before I even met with the Doctor. The hygienist was great and was very gentle with this big baby! And Dr Michaels was very thorough and explained everything and why she recommended what she did. Never did I feel like I was being sold something which has happened to me in the past. I wanted a dentist who I was going to trust and enjoy (as much as one can!) seeing and I definitely found that with Dr. Michaels and her staff!

Dr. Vallo got my daughter in with a bad tooth at the last minute on a Friday. We had just been to another local dentist office & had a terrible experience. Breeana was the 1st person we saw, very professional & knowledgeable. She put my daughter at ease in 10 minutes. Dr. Vallo came in and was wonderful. Was able to locate the bad tooth and help her. He was like talking to a friend. Breena was very friendly & helpful. This is an A+ dental staff. I have already spread the word about Michaels Dental office in fact several of my family members are going to now use this awesome office.

Dr Michaels and her team are wonderful!!! It’s such a friendly atmosphere where everyone is so happy there and they take amazing care of their patients. I highly recommend this place!!! Best dentist I’ve ever been to!!

Just had my first cleaning and I was truly impressed with the whole experience; from reception to billing and everything in between, the office and staff gleamed with cheer and professionalism. Very clear explanations of necessary and optional procedures, everything itemized so we know what we’re paying for and what we can afford. My wife is also very pleased with their attention to detail and the friendly staff.

My experience with this dental office is beyond 5 stars! My dentist Melanie is amazing! I struggled for years with the fear of going to the dentist because of being insecure/ embarrassed because my smile is far from perfect but with my visit today and the amazing treatment I received from not only Melanie herself but from the entire staff I can gladly say this is the dentist office I will be bringing all of my business to and it is definitely one to look into, amazing atmosphere, gorgeous building and amazing customer service and of course most importantly amazing work! A+ To Dr. Michaels and her wonderful staff. From the second I walked in I was greeted with such a warm and friendly staff. Dr. Michaels is thorough with the entire exam, taking the time to explain every step of the way. After the exam they gave me a detailed breakdown of the work I need to accomplish with no pressure on time frame. I highly recommend Dr. Michaels to anyone with fear of seeing a dentist. Thanks again to all the wonderful professional staff.

I Hate going to a dentist office. My wife raves about the entire staff and how friendly, professional everyone is. Went for my new patient appointment today and I have to say it was by far the best dental experience ever. Nichole, Ashley and Stephanie were awesome, and I can see why my wife loves them. Dr Polly was very informative and gentle. Love the entire experience!

Everyone knows your name. Just like the old show Cheer’s. Every person is kind, professional and makes you relax. Today I had Jasmine and she did a great job making me relax during a procedure that could have been stressful. I like this place so much I recommend it to my friends and neighbors. Dr. Michael is up to date on the newest techniques and has equipment that is ALMOST pain free.

I met Dr. Michaels and staff under stressful circumstances when two of my front teeth broke off. From the very first day, the entire staff has tried to make my “Journey” for implants as easy as possible. Yesterday was the big reveal, and Nicole did a great job getting me ready for completion. Came in for my scheduled cleaning and what an awesome job by an incredible dental hygienist Melanie, she is fantastic and did such a wonderful job and was so accommodating and precise in her dealing with me. Can’t wait to see the expert Dr. Michael’s on my next visit.

If you’re looking for a pain free dentist with an amazing staff look no further!! I refuse to go to any other dentist, because I love this place so much!! I have never been to a better place for dental work. I have had cleanings, fillings, crowns done and through everything this staff is absolutely amazing!! I mean the chairs have back massagers in them ? Go see Dr. Michael and everyone at this office and tell them Kristy Rice sent you! ?

Michaels Dental is definitely the friendliest dental office I have ever been to. The waiting room decor is beautiful, inviting and comfortable. Dr Michaels and her staff are friendly and totally professional. It has been my great fortune to have Ashley as my dental hygienist. She makes me feel like a VIP (Very Important Patient).

My family and I have had the privilege of going to Michaels Dental for several years. After having very bad experiences with their previous dentist, my children were no longer afraid of going to the dentist since meeting Dr. Michaels and her staff. The environment at Michaels Dental is SO positive, and they treat you like family. We’ve never had to wait long for our appointment. They are very efficient and go above and beyond their dental care. They are very accommodating on financing and scheduling. The new office building is so warm and welcoming; the rooms are beautiful, clean, and have the latest technology. I would HIGHLY recommend Michaels Dental to anyone.

Dr Michaels and Heidi have been working on a severely complicated issue with me for a very long time. They have always gone above and beyond what was necessary. They even came in on days off and Dr Michaels drove to Trinity to make sure one of my surgeries was successful. There is no other dental team that puts in the time and effort to make sure everything is done right. They are amazing! GO PINK

Dr. Michaels has been my family dentist for many years, and I am so glad for that. The staff are very friendly and caring. Dr. Michaels is a pro at what she does and always makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. The only downside about the office is that you can’t laugh at the jokes while they are fixing your teeth. Great office, great staff, and a great dentist makes choosing Dr. Michaels a no-brainer.
